Meet My Team

Hello, I’m Morgan!

I’m a small town gal who decided to follow her dreams to become a lifestyle and wedding photographer!

I completed the two year photography program at Algonquin College and I’ve been building my business ever since.

I photographed my first wedding in 2014 and it was that day that I knew this was my forever career. Every wedding inspires me in a different way and makes me so deeply passionate about this thing that I am so fortunate enough to call my job. 

Being a third wheel? Yup. Documenting people in love? Sign me up!

I wish I could find the perfect words to describe capturing genuine connections and authentic moments. The moment the bride finishes getting ready and everything finally sinks in for her, when the groom gives that smile when his future wife walks down the isle, that father/daughter dance that just hits different, and the endless shower of love from each individual there to celebrate their love story. 

I’m telling you, there’s no better feeling than documenting those raw moments. That is what inspires me.

I’ll share a few little bits & pieces that make me, well me!

I am a twenty-something, iced capp lovin’ and dog obsessing soul. 

I am a golden Ma to my sweet little Hazel-Nut.

I love the outdoors but I am such a homebody who believes coziness is one of the keys to happiness, it helps me recharge. If I’m not behind the camera I’m probably spending time with my loved ones! 

White wine, enough said. 

Ps. I will cry at some point during your wedding (happy tears of course) and I promise I will dance during your reception if a 2000’s throwback comes on.

My name is Michaela Jerry, I am 23 from a small town outside of Toronto. I have worked alongside Morgan for 3 years and have learned so much from her.

I am a photography graduate from the two year program at Algonquin college in Ottawa with an extra year of media background to know the in’s and out’s of the photography business. I have had a passion for taking photos since I can remember and I have been capturing different stories from maternity, to newborns, to engagements, to weddings, to family, and even portraits for three years now. I love that I get to wake up everyday and something that is more then just a hobby but my passion.

This is my sweet little Hazel! She goes by Hazel, Hazey, Hazel-Nut, Hazel-Dean and she is a 8 month old Golden Retriever.

(If you’re wondering where I got her name from it was just a sign in Kanata, Ottawa)!

She has the be the absolute sweetest and most loving dog with the wildest spirit.

I remember the day I picked her up like it was yesterday. I drove 5 hours from my home, booked a hotel that night and picked her up the following morning to bring her to her forever home!
The moment the breeder started bringing out the puppies (Hazel wasn’t even the first one) I started to ball my eyes out because I knew the moment I was waiting for was FINALLY about to happen.
The moment I held her in my arms was a feeling I can’t describe (I know this sounds like a mother holding her baby for the first time but it’s almost the same thing, right?!).

She has been a true blessing and I honestly do not know where I would be without her. She has helped me through some curve balls that life has thrown at me and I truly believe she is my saving grace.

While sending off emails, editing galleries and scheduling sessions she is always curled up by my feet being my little stress reliever!
